Selective Laser Melting
Selective Laser Melting, also called Laser Powder Bed Fusion, is an additive manufacturing technique and belongs to the laser beam melting group. Similar techniques are electron beam melting and selective laser sintering.
Fields of application are the automotive industry, mechanical engineering, ship building, medical technology / dental technology, plant engineering, jewellery industry, tool and mould making, power engineering, aerospace and chemical industry.
